Furthermore, the descriptions provided refer exclusively to the buildings and office spaces described herein and, again, only in relation to the status at the time of (initial) publication. The floor plans are not to scale and therefore not suitable for deriving measurements, for example for the purpose of planning furnishings. The actual condition and features of the buildings and office spaces are determined solely by the lease agreement to be concluded between the tenant and the developer. It is expressly noted that the computer-generated images (renderings), photographs, plans, floor plans, or other graphic representations of the buildings, office spaces, façades, and their color schemes are not binding. In particular, the renderings and other graphical depictions merely reflect the illustrator’s artistic interpretation. The representations and textual descriptions provided on this website do not constitute an agreement on any specific characteristics. Specifically, representations in the edition that show furniture and built-in elements are intended solely as furnishing examples and are for illustrative purposes only. These depictions may also show desired designs and/or equipment that will only be implemented by separate agreement and at an additional cost. Where such designs or furnishings (furniture and sanitary installations, kitchens, electrical appliances, outdoor furniture, planters, etc.) are shown, they will only be provided if and to the extent that they are part of the lease agreement to be concluded and included in the construction specification annexed to the contract.

The floor plans are not true to scale and are therefore not suitable for use as a basis for deriving dimensions, e.g. for the purpose of planning furnishings, and the condition of the buildings, Residences or areas is determined solely by the notarised purchase agreement to be concluded between the buyer and the publisher and the annexes (for example the declaration of division and detailed building description) notarised in this context. It is expressly pointed out that the computer animations (renderings), photos, plans, floor plans or other graphical representations (“representations”) of the individual buildings, Residences or areas and the facades as well as their colour design are not binding. In particular, the renderings and other graphical representations merely reflect the artistic view of the illustrator. The illustrations and literal descriptions do not constitute any agreement of a specific quality. In particular, those illustrations in the edition in which furniture and fixtures are depicted are merely examples of furnishings and are for illustrative purposes only. The illustrations may also show desired designs and/or fittings which are only carried out on the basis of a corresponding agreement and are only available for an additional charge. Insofar as corresponding designs or furnishings (furniture and sanitary facilities, kitchens, electrical appliances, outdoor furniture, plant troughs, etc.) are shown, these are only provided or supplied if and insofar as they are part of the notarised purchase contract, in particular in the building description as part of the notarised purchase contract (or relevant annexes, see above).
